The World Health Organisation has come out and said that Gaming Addiction is a medical condition. Of course the game developers are denying it… but it’s a huge step forward in protecting our children from harm in our digital world. Here is my take on The Today Show’s coverage on Channel 9 Australia this morning.

How can we be intentional and align our kid’s social media use with our values? Here’s a few tips that I use with my daughter Alexis who is nearly 10. I am very intentional with my social media rules and I am open and honest with her.
I believe social media is a positive learning environment and a great communication tool for children. It is important to develop your children’s awareness of the positives, detox daily and also give your children a choice to enjoy social media and how to do it.
